Agile for Product Owners is a foundation course for Product Owners and Scrum Masters that need to participate in Agile and Scrum Development projects.
The course is designed for Team Members that would like to enhance their Agile fluency.
During the course we discuss theory and work with exercises. We also see examples of best practices used during everyday work, such as Business Value, Vision Definition and User Story Creation.
Indhold:
The course will discuss why Agile is so popular, with focus on the responsibilities of a Product Owner.
We will also cover the following topics:
- Defining Vision and Value in the Agile process – the Vision Board
- The Discovery process
- How do we define “Ready”?
- Agile JIRA – which tools are available?
- Demo – why is it important and who should be invited?
- Summary

The course is designed for Scrum Masters and Product Owners wishing to study Agile further.
Forudsætninger:
You must have a basic knowledge of Agile Development disciplines to participate.
Efter kurset kan deltageren
Fulfill his or her role as a Product Owner or a person supporting the Product Owner – the way a Scrum Master should contribute to the Agile Development project.
Watch and participate in an Agile Development process, understanding all the moving parts, and why the Agile way of working adds value to the project.
